E-devlet system in Turkiye

If you have a residence permit or Turkish citizenship, you can use the unified electronic database of the population of Turkiye.

It is an electronic platform where E-devlet Services provided by different institutions through different channels are offered from a single point.

Some of the services that you can get from E-devlet system:

• Track your relatives (if you are a Turkish citizen or your relatives are from Turkiye),

• Get certificates about the place of residence or place of registration, about the composition of the family,

• See what invoices (accounts) are issued for you,

• See how many phone numbers are registered to you,

• Register a foreign phone,

• See cars and apartments registered in your name,

• Pay taxes and fines,

• See your participation in court cases,

• Your military status (for men),

• Top up or view your HGS account (these are car stickers that are used when driving on toll roads and are valid at entrances to some parks),

• See the status of all registered minors,

• Find out the postal code of your area,

• Find out which doctor you belong to (aile hekimi),

• Find out your status in the donation queue,

• Check your disability status,

• Check all questions related to pension,

• View vacancies from İŞKUR and apply,

• See duty pharmacies,

• Find out where you will vote,

• View records when you traveled abroad (for Turks),

• Order a certificate of non-conviction,

• Your status in the SIC (state insurance upon official employment).

This is a convenient online system that makes life easier for both citizens and foreigners with a residence permit.

The access code to the database "E-devlet şifresi" can be obtained in 5 minutes at any PTT branch. You should have İkamet (residence permit) or TC Kimlik (tourist passport) with you. The cost of this code is 2 TL.

To register in the system, you will need to provide your phone number and email address.
