The title deed is a written and official document issued by the Land Registry Office, showing the owner of a certain part of the land or the independent section built on it. This document is considered valid in the legal field until any irregularity is proven. Each real estate has a title deed document and all information about the real estate is also included in this title document. Title deeds are divided into 3 main sections.
